Simultaneously, he honed his skills by working in a renowned salon in Sorrento. These formative years laid a solid foundation for his career and deepened his commitment to excellence in hairstyling.

At 23, driven by a desire to fully express his potential and realize his dreams, Francesco made the bold decision to move to London—a city renowned for its vibrant fashion and beauty industry. He knew it was the perfect place to refine his craft, embrace his love for fashion and lifestyle, and push the boundaries of his creativity.

Francesco’s career in London began in the prestigious Mayfair district, where he had the privilege of working with some of the most esteemed establishments, including Murdock, Dolce & Gabbana, and Avanzato. It was at Avanzato where he truly flourished, taking on the role of manager for five years. During this time, Francesco not only perfected his skills but also built an extensive network of connections and cultivated a high-end clientele. Working in Mayfair afforded him the unique opportunity to serve a number of VIP clients, further elevating his expertise and reputation within the industry.
